Pricing questions
We offer a 14-day data ingestion and risk map preview for qualifying utilities. This is not a full free trial — it's a structured technical evaluation where we ingest your existing GIS and SCADA data and produce a first-pass risk map at no charge. If you proceed to a Pilot contract, there is no charge for the evaluation period.
Not initially. We can start with your existing SCADA pressure historian data and GIS pipe attributes to produce a risk score map during the 14-day evaluation. WQ sensor node hardware is required for the water quality monitoring module — for qualifying municipal utility pilots, we cover hardware costs as part of a subsidized pilot program. Contact us to check eligibility.
Standard onboarding (Pilot tier, 30 days) requires: (1) a GIS data export of your pipe network, (2) read-only access to your SCADA pressure historian, and (3) your break event records from the last 5 years if available. We handle all data ingestion and model configuration. Your IT staff need only grant historian read access and validate the GIS data format — typically 8–12 hours of internal engineering time.
Contracts are annual. Pilot tier bills quarterly; District tier bills semi-annually. We don't offer month-to-month pricing because the risk model requires 60+ days of telemetry to converge to full predictive accuracy — short-term access doesn't produce actionable output.
Yes. We can supply a W-9, standard government supplier information, and a sole-source justification letter for procurements below your utility's competitive bid threshold. For procurements requiring formal RFP, we will respond to RFPs and can assist your team in drafting technical specifications. Contact us to discuss your procurement requirements.
Regional tier pricing is structured on a per-utility, per-segment basis with volume discounts for multi-year commitments. Starting configurations for a 3-agency authority with 600–800 total segments typically run $8,000–$18,000/month. We provide a formal quote after a discovery call where we understand your authority structure, member agency configuration, and transmission main scope.
