Simple per-point pricing.
Charged per monitored bearing location per month. All three sensor streams — acoustic emission, lube-oil particle count, and thermal drift — are included at every tier. No seat licenses, no data volume fees, no sensor hardware purchase.
Annual billing available — 2 months free.

FAQ
Pricing questions, answered directly.
One monitoring point is one bearing location on one piece of equipment, monitored by all three sensor streams (acoustic emission, lube-oil particle count, and thermal drift) simultaneously. A pump with an inboard and outboard bearing counts as two points. A gearbox with a high-speed and low-speed shaft bearing counts as two points.
The sensor hardware is provided as part of the service — it is included in the per-point monthly fee. You do not purchase sensors separately. Watsynq owns and maintains the sensor hardware; you own the data and the RUL outputs. Hardware replacement in the event of sensor failure is also included.
We install sensors on 2-5 monitoring points of your choice. After 30 days, we review the data together — what the model detected, how the RUL scores evolved, and whether any emerging defects were flagged. If you do not see value, you pay nothing for the pilot. If you proceed to a subscription, the pilot period counts as your first month.
Monthly billing with no lock-in after the pilot. Annual billing is available at a 2-month discount (effectively paying 10 months for 12). For Plant tier deployments, a 12-month initial term is standard given the custom failure-mode library build-out, but this is discussed during the quote process.
The platform flags degraded sensor quality in the dashboard and in the RUL confidence interval — you will see the CI widen when the model is working with partial data. If acoustic emission is the failed stream, early-stage defect sensitivity drops; the model flags this explicitly rather than silently degrading. Watsynq dispatches a replacement sensor within 72 hours for Operations and Plant tiers, 5 business days for Starter. The model continues scoring with the remaining two streams until the replacement is installed.
