Integration architecture
How Watsynq connects to your SCADA historian (OSIsoft PI, Wonderware, iFIX), reads sensor data via MODBUS TCP or DNP3, and optionally writes confirmed alert codes back to the historian.
Data model
Pipe segment schema, telemetry ingestion pipeline, risk score calculation cycle (hourly), and GIS geometry join process. Useful for utility GIS teams evaluating data governance requirements.
Security design
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control model, data residency (US West region), audit logging, and the controls designed with SOC 2 Type II principles in mind. No external data sharing without explicit consent.
